about me
An engineer who learned to lead.
I started as a software engineer, building mobile apps and full-stack systems. Over about 3.5 years at VirtueNetz, I moved from development into production leadership, and then into project management.
Today I coordinate around 10 parallel projects, working closely with developers, technical leads, QA, clients, and management. My technical background helps me understand implementation challenges while keeping a clear view of business goals.
I believe good delivery needs both technical understanding and clear communication. I focus on ownership, accountability, quality, and practical problem-solving.
